Simone Anderson, 30, from New Zealand, shared the simple recipe on her Instagram, where it quickly went viral.
The mum, who is known for shedding an incredible 92 kilograms after changing her eating and exercise habits, made the scones using lemonade, cream, baking powder and flour.
She simply poured her dry ingredients into a mixing bowl before adding the wet ingredients on top.
She then gently combined the ingredients by using the 'kneading' function on her stand mixer.
'(You can also) use a butter knife and 'cut' the mixture by gently cutting across the bowl until mixed,' she said.

Simone loves giant scones, which take about 15 minutes to cook, but warned home cooks to pull them out sooner if they make them small
Once mixed Simone lays her dough onto a floured surface and cuts it into her desired number of scones, explaining how she like 'big, thick bad boys'.
She then bakes the scones at 220C for 10-15 minutes depending on their size.
Simone served the scones topped with healthy lashings of jam and cream and her fans were very excited.
'Are you a goddess, I wish my life was this organised,' one woman said - praising the mum.

Simone became popular after documenting her six-year weightloss journey on Instagram.
The young woman had gastric surgery in 2014 and lost 92 kilograms after 'reinventing' her habits.
